What's good health? Here at Inner Healing we are all
focussed upon improving your health, using yoga and all its tools to heal body,
mind and spirit. The beauty of yoga is that it is inexpensive. It is superb as a
preventative medicine and also boasts a superb record in helping people who are
challenged by M.S., M.E. arthritis, cancer, asthma, hypertension, depression,
stress. The list goes on! Yoga is inexpensive, fun, and gives good results to
all. It brings a joy and health that lasts a life time.
All our workshops are educational but not like schooldays!! Our approach is
about learning to love health rather than fear disease. Hence you begin to
recognise what makes you feel good. Maybe it's the stretches, or the meditation,
or the relaxation or just the calm of being with like minded people who want to
enjoy a health giving experience.
We have a variety of workshops that range from Shiatsu, Chinese Wands, Thai
Yoga Massage, Chanting…….And we always employ people who are highly skilled,
engaging and inspiring.
Our in-situ team are all healing therapists with a passion for helping people
to live life fully and who aim to provide an experience that creates a personal
health transformation.

nature create a nurturing space in which to explore feelings and ideas without

strength and flexibility are not a prerequisite. You only need a willingness to
feel and respond honestly. As stress drops away so you embark on a physical and
mental journey into the core of your being. She is also qualified in Thai Yoga
Massage and is one of our Yoga Practical assessors.

empowered to become an agent in your own healing and to open to a fuller, richer
awareness of wholeness.
