The Inner Healing School of Yoga is a member of the Independent Yoga Network.

The Inner Healing School of Yoga is committed to promoting not only the physical benefits of yoga but also the mental and spiritual benefits.

The Inner Healing School of Yoga has its very special unique space in Salem Hall, Salem Lane in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.  The main hall is substantial and warm.  There is a coffee/tea parlour.  Facilities cater for able bodied and disabled.  Most especially, there is a very warm, welcoming spirit to embrace you. 

As we grow, so our teachers are establishing themselves in various parts of Britain and abroad so it is possible that one of our teachers is working near you.  Already there are teacher training courses in Wellingborough, Warwickshire and Milton Keynes .  And of course, the joy is that all of these locations are easy to get to by train and car.

INNER HEALING is delighted to be able to offer an Indian Head Massage Diploma. The first course has recently finished and was extremely successful.  The next course will be starting in September 2006.  This six-month, fully accredited Diploma Course will lead you towards a satisfying and rewarding vocation in Indian Head Massage.

Our Workshops later in the year include a Kundalini workshop with Siri Datta.  We have also arranged a coach visit to the Yoga Show in London.

INNER HEALING are actively working to promote the benefits of yoga for children and to provide suitable training for teaching professionals and yoga teachers wishing to learn more about teaching yoga for children.  Happily Yoga in schools is becoming more common and Inner Healing can recommend teachers in your area.
