We have just returned from a wonderful week of yoga at Chateau Bellnau and are already looking forward to returning to the area next year.

This includes: Meals, Transport by ferry and minibus, Yoga, Meditation, Chanting, Mini workshops on Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage, Yoga Nidra etc.

You will need pocket money to include sufficient funds for you to purchase a meal on the ferry (both directions) plus a meal at a delightful restaurant in Carentan to savour some French cuisine and any extras you may like to purchase as souvenirs.
