To become calm and balanced, you need to learn to stay aware of your body and breathe, just like when you practice yoga postures.

As we tune in to our breath we recognise how the breath is always happening in the present. It's happening right NOW. Through the practice , body mind spirit is brought into Now.

When we come into the present moment we recognise the miracle of existence, how amazing it is to be alive on planet earth.

In this recording we are looking at three different techniques,

Each of these techniques work as an overall tonic, they cool the body and mind, dispel fatigue and restlessness and can help to balance blood pressure.
