Hatha Yoga Masterclass - April 18th 2026 - 10am till 1230pm - Harlestone Village Hall

£25.00

🌿 Breath, Movement & Prana 🌿

📅 Date: Saturday, 18th April 2026
🕙 Time: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
🏛️ Location: Upper Harlestone Village Institute (NN7 4EH)
💷 Investment: £25

This masterclass offers a chance to step a little deeper into your practice…

Over recent months I’ve been exploring the more subtle movements of energy within the body — what yoga describes as the five vayus. Not as something to analyse or understand intellectually, but something to experience directly.

We’ll move through a guided practice that weaves together asana, pranayama and mantra, inviting a deeper awareness of what is already moving within.

At times the practice may feel grounding and steady…
at others more expansive, uplifting, or quietly spacious.

There will be movement, stillness, breath awareness, and moments where things soften and open in unexpected ways.

This is not about “getting it right”…
but about listening more deeply to what is already moving within you.

These longer sessions often allow something deeper to settle that isn’t always possible in a regular class.

Everyone is very welcome

With warm wishes,
David Cosserat
